Göksel Gülensoy
He was born on 9 March 1962 in İstanbul.
After he had worked as the assistant of Ertem Eğilmez and Halit Refiğ, started to work as an image recorder and video assembler for TRT İstanbul Television in 1985.
He made many documentary movies and worked as a director in ShowTV, Cine5, NTV and CNNTURK.
Göksel Gülensoy won various awards in and outside of Turkey with the documentary movies he directed.
The researches he made beneath the Hagia Sophia, has become a subject to the last book of one of the most famous writers in the world, Dan Brown. He has ”International Cinema Machines Operator Licence” ve “İstanbul Gras Vally Post Production” certificates.
